Pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over 1 tablespoon of herbs in an enamel dish, close the lid, insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature. Then strain and squeeze the remaining herb and bring the decoction volume to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1/3 cup of warm decoction three times a day before meals.
