At UNIVERMAG, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably.

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, so we offer convenient and flexible shipping options across the United States.

Please note: We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Details

Domestic Shipping (USA Only)

Our fulfillment center is closed on the following U.S. federal holidays. Orders will not be processed on these dates:

  • New Year’s Day: Wednesday, January 1
  • Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 27
  • Christmas Day: Thursday, December 25

Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 24 to 72 hours during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

Standard Ground Shipping: 5–8 business days.

Note: Delivery estimates do not include the order date or order processing time, and may vary due to carrier-related delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the selected delivery option.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

Additional Shipping Notes

  • All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in New Jersey
  • Orders submitted during weekends will be processed on the next business day
  • A confirmation email will be sent after purchase, including payment details, shipping updates, and a tracking number.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable if the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Limitations

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following U.S. territories and regions:

  • American Samoa
  • Federated States of Micronesia
  • Guam
  • Hawaii
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands

Lost, Missing, or “Delivered but Not Received” Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Univermag is no longer liable for the package.

By placing an order, you agree that responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier upon shipment.

All shipping-related processes, including but not limited to scanning events, delays, customs clearance, routing, and final delivery confirmation, are the sole responsibility of the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete, accurate, and deliverable.

Univermag does not verify or correct shipping addresses after an order has been placed.

Once an order is submitted, the address is automatically transmitted to the carrier exactly as provided by the customer.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address due to customer error:

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment
  • The order is considered fulfilled once shipped to the address provided at checkout
  • No refunds, replacements, reshipments, or compensation will be issued by Univermag
  • Any recovery of the package must be handled directly with the carrier

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information entered by the customer.

Packages Marked as “Delivered”

If the tracking status shows “Delivered”, it is considered proof of successful delivery.

In such cases, Univermag reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or chargeback claims.

If you cannot locate your package, you must:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
  • Check all possible delivery locations (mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, neighbors, etc.)
  • Contact the carrier immediately

Possible delivery scenarios include:

  • Delivered to a nearby address or neighbor
  • Left in a secure location or parcel locker
  • Received by another person at the address
  • Marked delivered prior to actual drop-off (carrier scanning error)

You are required to contact the carrier directly, as they have access to GPS delivery confirmation and internal delivery records.

Failure to contact the carrier may result in denial of your claim.

Tracking Status Issues (“Forwarded”, “Redirected”, “Undeliverable”)

If tracking shows statuses such as “Forwarded”, “Redirected”, “Undeliverable”, or similar:

  • The customer is responsible for resolving the issue directly with the carrier
  • Univermag is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses or carrier-related issues

Only the carrier can update or correct shipment details during transit.

Lost Packages

A package is considered lost only if officially declared lost by the carrier.

  • We will assist you in filing an insurance claim if applicable
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the carrier completes its investigation and confirms the loss
  • Processing time depends entirely on the carrier

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • You must report the issue directly to the carrier immediately
  • Keep all packaging materials as evidence

Failure to report damage to the carrier may result in denial of your claim.

Univermag is not responsible for damage occurring during or after delivery.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback:

  • Tracking confirmation showing “Delivered” will be used as valid proof of fulfillment
  • Any disputes filed without first contacting the carrier may be challenged by Univermag
  • Submitting false or unsupported claims may result in refusal of future service
