Non-Returnable Items

Please note that pharmacy-related products (including health supplements, ointments, tinctures, and other medicinal items) cannot be returned if they arrive intact, within their expiration date, and in undamaged original packaging, due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved. Processing may take up to 10 business days. If the refund is not received within 15 days after approval, please contact us.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed with our customer service team.
