Before returning an item, please contact us to receive approval and detailed return instructions.

All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Orders returned within this period are eligible for a refund, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase once the return is received and approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed with our customer service team.

We reserve the right to refuse returns and to deny refunds if the returned items do not meet our policy conditions.

We are not responsible for lost return packages. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing return insurance.
