How to place an order on the website?

Placing an order on Univermag.com is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:

Browse the Catalog:

Explore our wide selection of health, beauty, personal care, and sauna products by visiting different categories or using the search bar to find specific items.

Add to Cart:

Once you’ve found a product you’d like to purchase, select the desired quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button.

Review Your Cart:

Click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page to review the items in your cart. Make sure everything is correct, then click “Checkout.”

Enter Shipping Information:

Provide your shipping address. We currently ship within the United States (excluding certain territories — see our Shipping Policy for details).

Payment:

Choose your preferred payment method and enter the required payment information. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Place Your Order:

Review your order details one last time, then click “Place Order.” You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking information once your order is processed.

Account Creation:

For your convenience, we automatically create a customer account during your first purchase. This allows you to track your orders, save shipping information, and make future purchases faster and easier.

Is it possible to ship outside the US?

While international shipping is not yet available, we understand that many of our customers reside abroad, and we are actively working on expanding our logistics to accommodate international orders in the future. What categories of products do you offer in the Univermag store?

At Univermag, we currently offer a wide range of products focused on health, beauty, and personal care. You’ll also find a selection of traditional sauna and banya products, including accessories and wellness essentials.

We’re actively working on expanding our product categories to provide a more complete and comprehensive assortment for our customers — all in one place. Our goal is to become your go-to destination for trusted, everyday essentials and specialty items alike.

How can I return the product if it doesn't fit?

Customers can return any item that does not require special storage — such as clothing, bath and sauna accessories, and similar products — within 14 days of receiving the order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please note that pharmacy-related products (e.g., health supplements, ointments, tinctures, and other medicinal items) cannot be returned if they arrive intact, within their expiration date, and in undamaged original packaging, due to safety and hygiene reasons.

What do order statuses mean?

  1. Pending — Payment is being verified (most common with PayPal).
  2. Processing — Your order is being prepared for shipment.
  3. Shipped — Your order has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number has been assigned.
  4. Delivered — The carrier marked the order as delivered.

Why does USPS show “Pre‑Shipment” while my order is marked as Shipped?

This means the shipping label has been created and the package is already with or on the way to USPS. Tracking updates may appear with a short delay.

My order says Delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Please check your mailbox, front desk, neighbors, or building management first. If the package is still missing, contact our support team and we’ll help investigate.

How long does shipping within the USA take?

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and USPS workload.

When will my tracking number update?

Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours after shipment to appear in the USPS system.

How should I enter my shipping address correctly?

Please include the full street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code to avoid delivery issues.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Contact support immediately. We will do our best to help, but we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Why is my order marked as Pending after payment?

Sometimes payments require additional verification by the payment system or bank. This usually resolves automatically.

How long can the Pending status last?

In most cases, payment verification is completed within 24–72 hours.

My payment went through, but the order isn’t confirmed. What should I do?
