Directions
Pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over 2 tablespoons of roots placed in an enamel dish, close the lid, insist on a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, then strain and squeeze the remaining roots. Take 1/4 cup of decoction 3-4 times a day before meals.
