The medication contains 30 mg of Ambroxol hydrachloride, the compound that works effectively to loosen mucous and dilute sputum in the case of a wet cough. Besides, Ambroxol hydrachloride provides additional positive effects on the respiratory system:

For minors from 6 to 12, the daily dosage is ½ tablet 2-3 times a day.
