Directions
Pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over 2 tablespoons of leaves in an enamel dish, close the lid, steep for 30 minutes, then immediately strain and squeeze the remaining herb. Bring the decoction volume to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1 tablespoon of the decoction 1-3 times a day.
