Pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over 2 tablespoons of herb in an enamel dish, close the lid, insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Let the decoction cool to room temperature then strain it and squeeze the remaining herb. Bring the decoction volume to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 2 tablespoons of infusion 3-4 times a day before meals.
