Directions
Pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over 1 teaspoon of seeds placed in an enamel dish, close the lid, steep for 15 minutes. Let the decoction cool to room temperature. Then strain and squeeze the remaining seeds. Bring the decoction volume to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1 cup 3 times a day before meals.
