Directions
Pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over 2 tablespoons of herbs placed in an enamel dish, close the lid, insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Let the decoction cool to room temperature. Then strain and squeeze the remaining herb. Bring the decoction volume to 200 ml with boiled water. Take ¼ cup 3 times a day before meals.
