Hawthorn (Crataegus) Fruits.
Directions
Pour 1 cup (200 ml) of hot boiled water over 1 tablespoon of fruits placed in an enamel bowl, cover it with a lid, heat on a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool the decoction at room temperature for 10 minutes, strain, squeeze the remaining plant material. Bring the resulting decoction volume to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1/2 to 1/3 cup orally 2 to 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The duration of intake is 20 to 30 days. Shake the decoction before use.
