Shake well before use. Adults appoint 1-2 scoops (5-10ml) 3-4 times daily. The liquid form works best if taken without other fluids. Refrain from drinking water or other liquids for 15 minutes after you take Almagel. The suspension should be ingested 45-60 mins after meals and before bedtime.
