Directions
Pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over 2 tablespoons of herb in an enamel dish, close the lid, insist on a boiling water bath for 30 minutes. Let the decoction cool to room temperature then strain and squeeze the remaining herb. Bring the decoction volume to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1 tablespoon of decoction 3 times a day before meals.
