Directions

Pour 200 ml of hot boiled water over 1.5-2 teaspoons of granules placed in an enamel dish, close the lid, insist on a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, then immediately strain and squeeze the remaining granules. Bring the decoction volume to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1/3-½ cup in the evening.
