Otrivin Adult Nasal Spray 0.1% with Menthol and Eucalyptol contains xylometazoline hydrochloride for short-term relief of a blocked or stuffy nose. Xylometazoline works by narrowing swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, helping reduce swelling and restore easier nasal breathing.
