Directions
Gather your materials, including ear candles, a lighter, a glass with water, cotton swabs, paper plate and cotton wool. Lie on your side with the ear you want to clean facing up. Cover the ear with a paper plate or tissue that has an opening for the ear candle (to protect ear from any ash or wax dripping from the candle). Insert the narrow end of the ear candle gently into your ear canal. Light the opposite end of the candle and allow it to burn to the mark on the candle. Extinguish it when it reaches a mark in a glass of water. After using the candle, check your ear for any remaining wax and clean up any remaining wax with a cotton swab. Cover the ear with a cotton wool for 10-15 minutes.
