Directions
Foot bath: use 40 g of the mustard mixture in 15 L of water heated to 40–42°C (104–108°F). Soak for 10 minutes. Mustard compress: Mix 100 g of mustard powder with warm water to form a thick paste. Apply it to a cotton or linen cloth and place it on the affected area. Bath infusion: Mix 400 g of powder with warm water until it forms a paste, leave it in a warm place until a strong pungent smell appears, then add it to the bath and stir well.
