Directions
Before use, shake the packet in a horizontal position to evenly distribute the mustard mixture across all cells of the packet. Place the packet, without changing its position, in warm water for a few seconds and then apply it with the porous side of the paper to the skin in the area of pain concentration. Cover with a dry towel. If there is a strong burning sensation, remove the mustard plaster.
