Apply no more than 0.5 cm of ointment with the applicator, supplied with ointment, to the affected area, rubbing with light movements. Ointment can be used up to 3 times a day. To warm up muscles before the exercises and sports competitions rub the ointment 30 minutes before. Do not use for more than 10 days.
